Refund Policy

We try to keep this simple and fair. If something has gone wrong on our end, we will always make it right.

1Free Trial

New members get a free trial period, confirmed at the point of signup. Your card is required to start the trial but you will not be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial period is up, you will not be charged anything — no questions asked.


2Subscription Refunds

DealZap memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Here's how refunds work depending on your situation:

Charged in error

If you've been charged when you shouldn't have been — for example, after cancelling before your billing date — contact us and we'll refund you immediately. No fuss.

Cancelled mid-month

If you cancel after a billing period has already started, your membership remains active until the end of that period. We don't offer partial-month refunds, but you keep full access to everything you've paid for until it expires.

Technical issues on our end

If a fault on our platform prevented you from accessing your membership during a billing period, get in touch and we'll assess it on a case-by-case basis. We'll always do the right thing.

Change of mind

We don't offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or didn't use the service during a billing period. That's what the free trial is for — to make sure DealZap is right for you before you commit.


3Deals & Vouchers

DealZap is a subscription platform — your membership fee gives you access to deals, not a guarantee of any specific deal. Individual deals are available in limited quantities and are subject to availability. If a deal is withdrawn or unavailable, this does not entitle you to a refund of your membership fee — there will always be other deals to choose from.

If you experience a genuine issue redeeming a voucher at a partner venue, contact us at hello@dealzap.gg and we'll do our best to help.


4How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing issue, email us at hello@dealzap.gg with your account email address and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of DealZap after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
